Give me monotony anytime

what is the peak of frustration? is it having to do things u dont like on a regular basis or is it just doing things in rotation. lot of people say the second one is the most common form of frustration. monotony, well i never thought doing something over and over again should be so bad, i always remember this episode of the powerpuff girls where one guy does nothing but press two buttons in a factory , one button fills a jar with peanut butter and the second button closes the jar, most of the people would say "woah that job would drive me crazy", but i dont see it that way, monotony only comes to people who suck at what they are doing, if u are good at filling that jar everyday, ur whole thought process is different, u should be thinking i am filling a new jar everyday.monotony is a very fulfilling state, where there is nothing left for u to learn, and there is always three stages to becoming good at every job - learn-perform-excel. hence if u reached monotony its just that u have crossed the first stage, there is a lot more u need to accomplish, according to a recent survey people stated monotony as the third most reason to change jobs, these are all the people who sucked at thier jobs and blamed monotony for it, (the first two reasons were money and a bad boss, in case u were wondering). there is a greater gift that monotonous jobs always have "predictability" , think about it, u always know whats gonna happen. i mean u are "clairvoyant" about ur job, i mean whats the worse that can happen, the peanut butter may be a bit thick, the jar might be broken or the button might get stuck, but these are things that u generally encounter so there is no way u dont know whats going to happen, this is a very blissful state. so quit your whining, dont make things difficult for urself and most important of all dont quit a job cause its Monotonous, admit u suck and then quit, there is nothing called monotony.if u think otherwise, give me that job anyday.
